cyclops Good Im glad.
But do we know what the problem was?

For the time being I think we should keep the net ban in place to be sure!

Who has given it a clean bill of health?

Surely not the fishery owners since its a commercial?? & they would be losing money!
Or the Environment Agency?

What was the problem, is it known??

White spot takes more than 2 weeks to clear.
Popeye is a secondary disease from either a parasite or a virus and takes longer to clear.
KHV is a killer!!!

Im sorry but I dont believe the problem was solved in less than 48 hours, its physically impossible.

I would suggest that anybody who wants to fish this commercial should ring the EA first to get it confirmed that it is clear of disease.

We cannot run the risk of our fish catching a disease.

If anybody has fished this fishery they should disinfect ALL their tackle immediately, no excuses!!!

By the way, I have ordered the Virkon S for our net dips and they should be up and running soon.

Members will get information about how to use the dips properly.
